Artist’s Website
This was a fun website project that I developed for a local artist Ernesto Sanchez who was trying to get known. The project incorporated his work into several aspects of its design. With the artist’s approval, some graphical modifications had to be made by me to make it function correctly. These modifications were intended to appear as though they were a part of the artwork. It alternatively had a Spanish version as he originates from El Salvador and was involved in Spanish community events. I also trained Ernesto on how to update the content of his site and best SEO practices, so he could keep things current, with continued high ranking on Google.

The Problem
Ernesto Sanchez is a very prolific artist and musician that experiments with many mediums. Those that see his work buy it as he has a uniquely inspired style. Initially, he did not have a way to be known by a wider audience because he did not have a web presence or online method for sales. His need was to gain a broader audience that could enjoy his art and purchase it.
The Solution
Based on conversing with him, his current catalog of work, and panache, I created two websites styled like his work and incorporated samples of his work suited to the task. These sites promoted his events and art, linking to his PayPal account selling his work both in English and Spanish.
The Results
My working with him helped transform Ernesto’s life, his financial outlook, and the artistic flair of many proud owners of his work.
